Since settling in and raising my family in the beautiful Clearwater area where we are surrounded by some of nature’s most spectacular backdrops, I knew I wanted to make showing off this spectacular setting a priority. I wanted to offer support and services to anyone looking to create lasting memories through a special event, both to those who reside here and in the surrounding areas as well as to those who are visiting and experiencing everything our gorgeous corner of the world has to offer.
Creating lasting and supportive relationships with local vendors and venues is a top priority at Living In Love. Not only does this allow me to cultivate an environment of mutual support and collaboration but ensures that I can knowingly and wholeheartedly provide my clients with vendors, that I truly believe, will help to create lasting memories.
In all my years working in the wedding industry—first as a caterer and now as a wedding planner and events manager—I have never witnessed a love quite like that of Jewels and Dustin. The depth of their connection was incredibly overwhelming, humbling, and utterly beautiful to behold. From the moment we began preparing for their big day, it was clear that this wedding would be something truly extraordinary.
However, like any great love story, the weekend had its challenges. A power outage threatened to derail our carefully laid plans, setting us back by a full day on setup. But the Living in Love team held strong. We rolled up our sleeves and worked tirelessly, determined to bring Jewels and Dustin’s dream wedding to life. I couldn’t have been more proud of every member of our team.
As the wedding day dawned, so did the rain—torrential, unrelenting rain. With no sign of it letting up, we made the last-minute decision to move the ceremony indoors to the Eleanor Estate. And, as if by design, it was absolutely perfect. The flickering fire in the grand fireplace, the intimate space filled with lush florals and glowing candles, the dramatic entrance down the incredible staircase—all of it came together to create an atmosphere that was nothing short of magical.
The ceremony itself was stunning, breathtaking, and deeply emotional. The vaulted windows of the estate provided a picturesque backdrop as Jewels and Dustin exchanged their vows, surrounded by the warmth of their loved ones. Afterward, we treated guests to a gorgeous charcuterie spread during cocktail hour, a delicious prelude to the evening’s festivities.
The reception was held in the main lodge, where candlelight and greenery garlands cascading down the center of the family-style tables created a romantic and elegant ambiance.
The mismatched fine china added a touch of whimsy and charm, perfectly complementing the natural beauty of the venue. The meal, crafted by the exceptional chefs of Wiegele’s, was a culinary masterpiece. Guests savored a four-course feast that included stuffed portobello mushrooms, scallops, duck wings, soup, salad, halibut, filet mignon, cauliflower steak, and exquisite desserts. Each dish was a testament to the skill and creativity of the chefs, and it was nothing short of spectacular.
As the night progressed, the celebration moved into the lounge, where friends and family danced and laughed, warmed by the roaring fire on that rainy night. It was a scene straight out of a fairytale—a perfect ending to a perfect day.
We cried along with the couple, we laughed, we worked hard, and in the end, we fell in love with the idea of love all over again. Jewels and Dustin showed us that a fairytale love story is not just possible; it’s real, with a little determination and perseverance. Though we faced trials and tribulations, I wouldn’t have changed a thing. The weekend unfolded exactly as it was meant to—beautifully, magically, and filled with love.
